House-made Cameronian jams, prepared with strawberries sourced from nearby farms. Their secret lies in ten long hours of gentle stirring and slow cooking, resulting in a luxuriously runny texture that captures the berries’ vibrant, natural flavour.
It is best enjoyed with scones baked to golden perfection, accompanied by delicate tartlets, classic trifles, and the signature teas of the highlands—bringing together English charm and the freshness of Cameron’s celebrated produce.
