Additional child pricing policy :

- Stay date: 24 & 25 November 2023, minimum of two nights stay is required.
- Meal Plan: Afternoon tea and steamboat dinner on 24 November; breakfast, buffet lunch and Christmas Dinner on 25 November and breakfast on 26 November. All meals are inclusive of complimentary coffee, tea and drinking water served during meal times.
- All activities, spa treatments and dining experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.
- All room types have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child (aged 11 and under). A child surcharge of MYR250 per room per night applies, inclusive of daily meals for up to one child.
- Offer is subject to availability, is not applicable for groups and cannot be combined with any other offers.
- Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and this payment is non-refundable.
- Rates are subject to prevailing service charge and taxes.
- Effective 1 March 2022, rates are subject to a local sustainability charge of MYR3 per room per night imposed by the Pahang State Government. The sustainability charge will be charged at the hotel and payment to be made upon check-out.
